With Hely GO you can enjoy all Hely vehicles and services, without fixed monthly costs. At Hely FLOW you pay a set price per month, but you also get a considerable discount on the hourly rate and you also have a maximum price per calender day. Let us show you a couple situations and calculations to help you discover which Hely package suits you best.

How many times per month do you need shared mobility?

Do you use shared mobility at least two times a month? Chances are that a Hely FLOW package is the most beneficial, but it also depends on how long your trip is. Do you use shared mobility less than two times a month, and are your trips short? Then the €0 Hely GO package is probably the best match for you.

How long is your trip?

The main advantage of Hely FLOW is that you pay for maximum 8 hours per calender day. At Hely GO there is no maximum day rate. So if you regularly go on longer trips, or if you're going away for the weekend, you easily win back the Hely FLOW package fee. Let us explain with a little calculation:

You're going away for a day with the e-cty car, from 10 AM till 8 PM. So you're on the road for 10 hours.

With Hely GO you pay €9 per hour x 10 hours = €90 for that day.

With Hely FLOW you pay €7 per hour x 10 hours, but because of the maximum day rate you only pay €56.

So with Hely FLOW you'd save €34! With just one trip you've already won back the €30 subscription fee.

In general, you start saving with Hely FLOW after approximately 3.5 to 4.5 hours. If your trips are usually shorter than 3.5 hours and if you only occasionally need shared mobility, your best pick is the Hely GO package.

Can I switch between packages?

Yes you can! You can upgrade your Hely GO package at any time to Hely FLOW. For example, when you know you're going to commute a lot more, or if you're going on a weekend trip. Do you have a Hely FLOW package and do you want to switch is to Hely GO? Then a notice period of 1 month applies. Convenient if you're going on holiday and can't use Hely for example. You can easily change your package yourself through the settings in the Hely app.

Are there any other costs?

Basically none! Since at Hely we don't charge deposits, mileage or fuel costs. So you only pay for the time you use a vehicle. Parking is free at the Hely Hub, but we don't cover parking costs outside the hub. Sometimes we bill surcharges, for things like bringing a reserved car back too late, or for damages for example.
